How cancellations and refunds work at NiskuBite.

Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the kitchen starts preparing them. After that, cancellation is not possible as the food is freshly made for you.
Wrong or missing items
If an item is missing, incorrect or arrives in poor condition, contact [email protected] with a photo within 2 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds for prepaid orders are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
